Apprentices get paid week one and accrue both wages and benefits. BAC Local 2’s Apprenticeship program is sponsored by our Labor and Management partners which means Apprentices graduate debt-free.
This Spring, we are actively recruiting veterans to be interviewed on June 24th, 2020 at the Lansing BAC Training Center. Experience not required. Veterans can also utilize their G.I. Bill.
Veteran applicants must: be a resident of Michigan that is at least 17 years old, take ACT WorkKeys assessments in Applied Math, Workplace Documents and Graphic Literacy; possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; and pass a drug-free test & general physical. Veterans that submit a DD214 do not need to submit their birth certificate or high school diploma when applying.
